As a result, you will see your document backlog decrease, a reduction in the number of documents to be reviewed by GPs and a depletion in complaints received regarding your document management process.

This audit is designed for Practice Managers, Operation Leads, Business Managers, PCN Managers, Digital & Transformation Leads, GP Leads or anyone else involved in a Practice's document management processes.

It is currently only available to those Practice's that use Docman 10 alongside EMIS Web.

This audit will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams and will take approximately 90 minutes. However, we ask that you set aside two hours in total to allow additional time.

The audit would start with the Practice / PCN lead and the organisation's clinical lead, who will be responsible for providing an overview of the current processes and any challenges faced. We would then spend the remaining time with the administrative workflow lead, focusing on system settings and potential improvements.

As part of the audit, we would also need remote access to your Docman back-office settings.
