The Art of Digital Patient Engagement Virtual Course

Sharing strategies for improving patient communication, gaining feedback and improving health access to increase health awareness as well as improving patients' and practices' digital access.

Aim of this Course

Do you struggle to engage with your patients?

Are you struggling to manage your patients' feedback on multiple online platforms?

Do you want to expand your online presence to better serve the diverse needs of your patient population?

It is an NHS and CQC requirement to engage with our patients, but where do we start?

The NHS 10 Year Health Plan calls for a “profound shift” in how care is accessed; digitally, conveniently, and consistently. Yet, many GP practices still struggle with clunky websites, underutilised online forms, and low patient uptake of the NHS App.

Digital patient engagement is no longer optional; it’s essential for the future of healthcare. This course will not only help you kickstart your journey but also guide you in progressing towards meaningful, sustainable engagement with your patients in the digital age.

Discover how to dramatically boost your patient feedback - including strategies that could help you achieve up to 10x more responses than the annual NHS GP Patient Survey. Learn how to manage the conversation by asking your patients the right questions, in the right way, at the right time.

With over two hours of video-based content, over 45 different lessons, alongside various other resources, this course aims to equip GP Practices with the essential skills and strategies to enhance their digital patient engagement.

Through practical guidance and real-world examples, participants will learn how to create an approachable, accessible, and patient-centred online presence that builds trust, boosts satisfaction, and strengthens community relationships.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed for Primary Care Managers, Operation Leads, Business Managers, PCN Managers, Digital & Transformation Leads, GP Leads or anyone else involved in the Practice's patient engagement processes.
