To enroll in a course, simply browse our course catalog, select the course you're interested in, and click on the "Enroll Now", "Buy Now" or "Pre-Order Now" button. Follow the prompts to complete the payment process, and once payment is successful, you'll have immediate access to the course content, unless the course is on pre-sale.

Our courses are primarily video-based and broken down into smaller sections. This allows our students the flexibility to watch and listen to the lessons at their own convenience.

We offer discounts for bulk purchases or group enrollments for Federations, ICBs, LMCs, etc. on a case-by-case basis. For inquiries about group pricing and discounts, please contact our sales team at sales@perfectyourpractices.co.uk.

Whilst the majority of our courses do not have any prerequisites to them (all the information is covered in the course). Some of our courses may have prerequisites or recommended background knowledge. If this is the case, you will be able to find detailed information about these course prerequisites on the course description page. If you're unsure whether you meet the requirements for a particular course, feel free to Contact Us for clarification.

Currently, our courses are only available online through our website. However, you can download certain additional course materials, such as supplemental resources, for offline viewing. Please note that interactive components of the course, such as quizzes or assignments, require an internet connection to access.

You have access to a course for a minimum of 365-days from the date of purchase or from the date you start the course, whichever is later. This allows you to learn at your own pace and revisit course materials as needed within the specified timeframe.

If you require more time to complete a course beyond the initial 365-day access period, please contact our support team at support@perfectyourpractices.co.uk. We may grant extensions on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

Refunds may be issued for courses purchased directly from our website within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date, provided that the course has not been completed or accessed in any way. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
