Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Perfect Your Practices. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our digital products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be issued for products purchased directly from Perfect Your Practices within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
  • If the product was purchased as part of a pre-sale, refunds are eligible within fourteen (14) days after the product's go-live date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been completed or accessed in any way, including but not limited to viewing product materials, completing assignments, or taking quizzes.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been accessed, started or completed, except where prohibited by law. To avoid doubt, this also includes whether any downloadable or subscribable product material has been accessed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for audits that have been arranged (without 2 working days notice), started or completed, except where prohibited by law.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@perfectyourpractices.co.uk within the specified refund timeframe. Please provide the following information in your refund request:

  • Your name and email address which are associated with the purchase.
  • The name of the product you wish to refund.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on our refund policy.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund of up to the price you paid to the original payment method used for the purchase within fourteen (14) days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.


4. Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for prodcuts purchased through third-party platforms or retailers. Please refer to the refund policy of the respective platform or retailer for refund eligibility and procedures.
  • Refunds will not be issued for promotional or discounted products, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been accessed or completed, except where prohibited by law.
