Ben has been working within NHS Primary Care for over a decade and as a former GP Practice & Business Manager, he has a wealth of experience (across a large number of primary care roles). These include:

• Introducing new digital-based systems
• Assisting Dispensary-based practices
• Supporting practices in reviewing / facilitating day-to-day tasks
